Who I See
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Some are learning to build confidence after a separation/breakup, others are exploring how to express themselves more authentically in relationships, and many are working to quiet self-critical thoughts and regulate overwhelming emotions. For individual therapy, I work with young adults and adults navigating seasons of change — whether that’s transitioning in or out of college, entering new phases of adulthood, or redefining what feels meaningful.
I support people who want to feel more grounded and connected — to themselves, to others, and to life. My work often focuses on emotional regulation, self-esteem, communication skills, and developing a compassionate relationship with one’s inner world.

How I Work
I operate from a core belief: Curiosity, compassion, and courage are the foundation of this work — qualities we practice together to help you notice, explore, and apply the insights you discover to your life.
We begin by cultivating emotional stability and a sense of safety, which becomes the groundwork for meaningful change. From there, I take a holistic approach — engaging mind, body, and spirit — and collaborate with you to build a framework that aligns with your values and goals. Every step is guided by your lived experience, your priorities, and what feels most sustainable and authentic for you.
I believe healing happens in relationship, and growth begins when we learn to listen to ourselves differently: to recognize the wisdom in our emotions and the language of our nervous system. I draw from approaches like IFS, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Art Therapy to help you build the skills and self-trust needed to lead yourself through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
A Little About Me (yes i’m a human being!)
When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me at my community pottery studio, out hiking, dancing, or playing pick-up volleyball. I love a hot beverage and will happily let it cool rather than sip an iced drink watered down. Nine times out of ten, I’ll choose something new and unfamiliar over the familiar — it keeps life exciting. My own life experiences, along with my journey through therapy, help me create a space where appropriate self-reliance is encouraged. I see therapy as a brave and collaborative space, and I feel honored to support people in uncovering their own answers and building a life that feels authentically theirs.
