I’m so glad you’re here – I’m Kiona (she/her). I help you work to  strengthen regulation and stability, then explore the deeper parts of self that drive patterns of behavior and emotion. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been exiled or avoided, and connect those pieces with compassion so new ways of responding can emerge. Although my main modalities are IFS and DBT, at times, I weave in Art Therapy as a powerful tool for bypassing the rational mind and accessing raw, authentic truths.

I don’t have your answers—you do. My role is to create a safe, collaborative space to help you uncover them. Change takes devotion and courage, and if you’re ready for that kind of work, we’ll walk that path together.
